Theater shooting survivor: 'We're not going to stand down'

CENTENNIAL, Colo. - Prosecutors on Monday formally charged graduate school dropout James Holmes with 24 counts of first-degree murder for the July 20 movie-theater massacre that killed a dozen people and wounded 58 others.
