Falcons keep LB Peterson

Flowery Branch, GA (Sports Network) - The Atlanta Falcons have re-signed linebacker Mike Peterson.

Peterson had 24 tackles and one interception in 15 games for the Falcons last season.

The veteran linebacker has 937 tackles, 21 1/2 sacks and 19 interceptions during his 13-year NFL career with the Colts, Jaguars and Falcons.
