Ayrshire, Scotland (Sports Network) - Already a two-time major champion this
year, Roger Chapman won't be able to win his third this week.
Chapman, 53, withdrew from the Senior British Open on Friday due to a stiff
neck.
"Gutted to have had to pull out of Senior Open at Turnberry with a very stiff
neck. Thanks to all in physio truck trying to get me ready," Chapman tweeted.
Earlier this year, Chapman won the Senior PGA by two strokes over Tom Lehman
for his first Champions Tour win and first major as well. Two weeks ago, he
rallied to earn his second major as he won the U.S. Senior Open, also by two
strokes.
