But the 24-year-old veterinary technician says there was a morals clause in the contract she signed to be Miss Sprint Cup, so she is not surprised she was fired from what she said was the perfect job.
Duke says her attorneys are working to have the images removed from websites and are trying to figure out how they were released in the first place.
Duke says she hopes girls learn the lesson that private pictures don't always stay private.
Seven On Your Side wanted to know what the law says when it comes to keeping a job with these online findings.
Employment attorney Wade Ballard explains that the employer is king in these kinds of situations.
"There's really no law out there that says employers can't take that into consideration," explained Ballard.
Ballard also makes the point that employers will definitely check out a potential employee's background when they're applying for a job.
However, once they are hired, it's not something they're going to search for, unless someone brings it to their attention.
"That picture is going to be out there when they're 25, when they're 30, when they're 35, when they're looking for a job, when they're running for an office," said Ballard.
