St. Petersburg - It's touted as having the largest concentration of bungalows of any neighborhood in Florida.

This weekend, several historic homes in the Kenwood neighborhood of St. Petersburg will be opening their doors for a fundraiser.

The 11th annual BungalowFest is Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Several homes in the historic neighborhood will be open for tours.  The cost is $10 for Kenwood residents, and $15 for all others.  Money raised goes to the neighborhood association.  The tours start at Seminole Park.

Kathy Young's home will be among those on the tour.  Built in the 1920s, her bungalow-style home features original French doors, a fireplace, clawfoot tub and pedestal sink.

Young restores homes for a living and has put her touch on about 20 homes in the area.

BungalowFest organizers expect between 400 and 1,000 people to turn out for the fundraiser.  For more information, visit the neighborhood's website.
