DUNEDIN, Florida - The Dunedin Blue Jays annual "Fight For a Cure Night" is Saturday and the team wants your help to strike out cancer.
Players will wear purple jerseys when they take on the Daytona Cubs at 6:30 p.m. at Florida Auto Exchange Stadium. The jerseys be auctioned off to benefit the American Cancer Society.
Cancer survivors and patients can get in the game for free, RSVP at 727-733-9302. There will also be a survivors' lap before the start of the game.
You can also get in free if you donate blood to Florida Blood Services. The blood mobile will be parked in front of the stadium from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. You can schedule an appointment at fbsdonor.org.
