Brooksville, Florida -- A woman caught driving with a suspended license twice in one day will now have to face a judge.
Brooksville Police say 36-year-old Nicole Gomez was driving on Tuesday morning around 3 o'clock when she ran out of gas in the area of N. Mildred Avenue and E Jefferson Street.
An officer stopped to help Gomez but realized she was driving on a suspended license for "failure to pay". The officer told her her license was suspended and not to drive anymore or she would be cited.
Later that day, around 7 p.m., the same officer spotted Gomez about a mile away driving the same car.
Gomez, of Spring Hill, was issued a citation to appear in court at a later date.
