Tallahassee, Florida - Florida A&M student and Olympian LaVonne Idlette has been looking forward to this day for a long time.
LaVonne has been putting in some intense workouts to compete for the Dominican Republic in the 100 meter hurdles at the London Olympics.
She ran in a qualifying heat Monday and finished sixth in a time of just over 13 seconds so she will not move on in the competition.
