Enjoy today's partly cloudy skies, lower humidity and basically rain free afternoon as that all comes to an end through the day Wednesday and Thursday.  Humidity and rain chances will be increasing just as summer begins tomorrow evening eventually bringing some heavier showers and storms by Thursday.

A tropical wave centered south of Cuba is spreading showers and storms across Cuba and into the Florida keys.  It is this rain that will continue to spread northward and eventually push our rain chances to near 60% by Thursday midday. The NHC is watching this area too and currently has a 10% chance of this system developing over the next 2 days.  Most models try to move the system into the western Gulf of Mexico by the weekend, but do keep at least a 40% chance for showers in our area through the weekend.

Today: Partly to mostly cloudy at times, breezy and warm with lower humidity levels for this time of year.  Winds will blow E 15-20 mph with highs 89-92.

Tonight: Partly cloudy and slightly warmer.  Winds E 10 pmh with low in the mid 70s.
