Washington - Now that Florida Senator Marco Rubio is rumored to be on Mitt Romney's short list for the vice presidential nomination, everything he does is being watched closely. The rising Republican star delivered a major speech on the future of U.S. foreign policy at The Brookings Institution. In it, he outlined his conservative view of world affairs, with his focus on U.S. global leadership in the 21st century. There was just one little glitch.
"The 21st century provides us the opportunity for more freedom: a world where more people are free to grow their economies, free to pursue their dreams, free to become prosperous. I left my last page of the speech. Does anybody have my last page? (Gets flustered, asks for page). Above all, the 21st century provides us the opportunity for more freedom."
As you can see, Senator Rubio handled it all in stride. He has repeatedly said that he doesn't to be vice president.
