DULUTH, Ga. (11Alive) -- Gwinnett County Police officers arrested Deongelo Homles or D-Rock of popular rap duo, the "Yin Yang Twins" for marijuana possession, driving while under the influence and child endangerment on June 1.

During a sobriety test conducted by the arresting officer, the officer describes Holmes' walk as "slow and unsteady", his eyes "bloodshot and glazed" and his speech "slurred and slow."

In the arrest report the officer noted that Holmes smelled like marijuana and that he was, both, "friendly and cooperative".

Holmes was arrested during the stop and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of controlled substance, DUI, child endangerment and driving on highway laned for traffic.

Two of Holmes' children, aged 3 and almost 2-months-old, were in the car at the time of the arrest.
