TAMPA BAY, Florida -- Bingquing Fang is a Chinese-born Tampa Bay area resident who wanted to speak English well before coming to the states. She got her wish through a program called Native Accent from Carnegie Speech.
Bingquing, along with Carnegie Chief Executive Officer Paul Musselman, visited the 10 News Morning Show to talk about the program.
