Debby causes tree collapse and wires down in St. Pete

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Tropical Storm Debby is causing some damage as heavy rains affect the entire Tampa Bay area.

A tree fell on a mobile home park Sunday morning. There are also reports of power lines down and a web of wires in the park.
